Factory warranties are honored and controlled by the manufacturers and not this seller. Extended warranties may be available and are highly recommended by the seller to protect buyers purchased items against any present or future breakages. Seller meets the state mandated inspections on all vehicles however any verbal claims by seller's agents such as sales staff or Internet Sales staff must be independently verified by buyer in writing with a person of management authority in the seller's organization such as Sales Manager or GM or F&I Manager. Deposits to hold the vehicles are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated by seller. Vehicle history reports may or may not be present on seller's website and/or provided with the sale documents and seller does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of such information from 3rd party providers. No videos of any sort are allowed on the premises of the dealership. Anyone violating these policies will be prosecuted.
