All options and trim packages must be confirmed prior to sale. Vehicles may not come with all the accessories such as extra keys and books. All such accessories can be sourced by  the seller at their discounted wholesale prices for buyer however the cost will be covered by the buyer unless agreed expressly. All vehicles are sold AS-IS and all sales are FINAL and buyer must perform necessary due diligence prior to sale. Factory warranties are honored and controlled by the manufacturers and not this seller. Extended warranties may be available and are highly recommended by the seller to protect buyers purchased items against any present or future breakages. Seller meets the state mandated inspections on all vehicles however any verbal claims by seller's agents such as sales staff or Internet Sales staff must be independently verified by buyer in writing with a person of management authority in the seller's organization such as Sales Manager or GM or F&I Manager. Deposits to hold the vehicles are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated by seller. Vehicle history reports may or may not be present on seller's website and/or provided with the sale documents and seller does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of such information from 3rd party providers. No videos of any sort are allowed on the premises of the dealership. Anyone violating these policies will be prosecuted.
